This rental does not include the utilities charges for usage of water and electricity. This charges will be bare by the tenant. Electricity per unit is Baht 8.00 and Water per unit is Baht 18.00.
A sum total of Baht 20,000.00 will be required for Security Deposit. This total amount of Security Deposit will be refunded at the end of occupancy. The tenant is fully responsible for the upkeep and the maitenance of the property during the occupancy of the premises. Domestic cleaning and services will be included in the rental.
